Santa Fe, NM - February 4, 2010 - The Cumbres & Toltec Scenic RR Commission gave the CTSMC (the railroad operating company) thirty days to meet the commission's expectations or have their contract cancelled.  Commissioners Randy Randall and Lenny Martinez will work together to finalize the expectations by February 11th. 

The decision will be voted on at the next meeting of the commission in Chama in early March.
