A Capital Improvement Program, “Riders, Revenue and Renaissance” was prepared by Heritage Rail Management and presented to The Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad Commission at their quarterly meeting on Thursday, March 29, 2012. The complete document is available here.
Please note that the logo on the document was changed slightly in the commission meeting. The locomotive will be 488 and the tag line will be "Pride of the Rockies."
